Systec GmbH & Co. KG
Systec GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of laboratory sterilizers, autoclaves (steam sterilizers), media preparators and dispensing devices for liquid media and microbiological culture media. Systec develops and manufactures, certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, a wide range of products for the modern laboratory, science and research as well as biotechnology, pharmacy, quality control and production. More than 25 years of expertise!
The autoclaves (laboratory sterilizers) from Systec specially developed for laboratory sterilization applications, makes processes safer, easier, accurate, reproducible and validatable. The autoclaves can be used in all laboratory applications, even in demanding sterilization processes: the sterilization of liquids (such as nutrient and culture media), solids (such as instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (destructive sterilization of liquid waste in bottles, or solid waste in destruction bags) and biological hazards in safety laboratories.
The autoclaves are successfully used in research as laboratory autoclaves as well as in production as industrial autoclaves (e.g. as production autoclave in the pharmaceutical industry or the food industry) for more than 25 years.
Which autoclave is the right one for your applications? There are many important criteria for the selection of a suitable autoclave. Contact us and we will help you to find the autoclave that is right for you, including options and accessories!
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to utilize the results of intensive dialog with our customers to further develop our products and to incorporate relevant innovations in order to render steam sterilization in the laboratory simpler, more precise, safer and more reproducible than ever before – and all at a favorable price/benefit ratio for our customers.
OWN DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
In our own development department, our apparatuses are continuously developed and maintained at state-of-the-art status. Their modular design makes it possible to cover all standard and special applications in the area of laboratory steam sterilization. In addition, special customer requirements can be taken into account; special processes can also be developed, tested and brought to marketing status.
LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES FOR RESEARCH AND ROUTINE – WORLDWIDE
Our autoclaves are primarily used in laboratories. We supply university laboratories, Max-Planck institutes, Federal and State Research Institutions and other major research institutes, the pharmaceutical and food industries, public health laboratories and private laboratories as well as research institutes and companies within the biotechnology, gene technology and diagnostics sectors.
NEW: SYSTEC CONNECT SOFTWARE PACKAGE FOR AUTOCLAVES OF THE SYSTEC HX-SERIES
ALL INFORMATION FROM SYSTEC AUTOCLAVES AT A GLANCE
The new Systec Connect Documentation System (DS) enables intuitive real-time monitoring of all autoclaving processes during operation. What this means: no more checks directly on the device and improved overview of current and past processes. The system does not require any special hardware or software, which means it can be quickly integrated into existing systems and can increase the temporal efficiency of all autoclaving processes.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION THROUGH MONITORABILITY
Big laboratories often work with a large number of autoclaves. These parallel operating devices require monitoring in order to identify error messages in due course, as well as to quickly load the next batch into the autoclave after a process has completed. With the new Systec Connect DS for Systec HX-Series autoclaves, regular checks of each and every autoclave in operation is no longer necessary.
Any and all information is compiled by Systec Connect DS and can be easily and conveniently read out. This not only saves time, it also ensures that irregularities are immediately identified. The perfect combination for less downtime between autoclaving processes. All pertinent information is displayed, from the type of program running through to the actual processing time. A color-coded overview ensures that successful runs (green), messages (yellow), and errors (red) are quickly identified for all compatible devices in the network. This means that the operator does not have to wait until the next control check to find errors and intervene.
Moreover, it is also possible to call up information about older autoclaving processes, including useful statistics on maximum and minimum measured values, F0 values, etc. So not only can the current processes be monitored efficiently, they can also be compared with previously completed processes.
