Maintenance
On request, we check the function of the unit and replace wearing parts.

Repair
In case of a defect, the units can be repaired by our most experienced staff. We keep a large stock of spare parts for the repair of our durable products.

Certificates
Every finished product is subjected to a safety inspection in accordance with the standards. The test records are stored with the exact serial number.

Training
We impart expert knowledge on ultrasonic devices and their application in practice as well as on service on site. You will receive numerous tips on applications and how to avoid application errors. The content of the training courses is tailored to the requirements of the participants.

Quality management
You will receive documents for your IQ/OQ documentation for all types of equipment for equipment qualification within the scope of your quality management or validation.

Technical service
Our staff will be happy to answer your questions. If a problem cannot be solved directly by the service staff, we will ensure that a technician with the necessary expertise contacts you.

Rent
For testing new cleaning applications or bridging repairs, a variety of different types of equipment are available for rent.
