The ecodesign directive aims at minimizing the environmental impact of energy-related products throughout their full lifecycle. In doing so, it stipulates requirements on the product design.

FROM WHEN DOES THE GUIDELINE APPLY?
On 1 January 2021 the ecodesign directive will be changed to tier two. KKT chillers has not only fulfilled these regulations but also exceeded them.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT SOLUTION - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR CHILLER?
All chillers from KKT chillers marked with a CE label must meet the determined JAZ/SEPR (Seasonal Energy Performance Ratio) value stipulated in the above-mentioned regulations.
The cBoxX series from KKT chillers achieves up to 20 % better SEPR figures than required by the regulation and thus sets completely new standards in the field of energy saving. The vBoxX series also achieves up to 25 % and the eBoxX up to 7 % better SEPR key figures.
